REFUND POLICY

These terms and conditions constitute the return and refund policy of Viktory Apparel.Thank you for your purchase. If you are not happy or sure about your purchase, we are here to make it right.

Terms and Conditions for retail sale return and refund:

1. The customers have 14 days to check their purchases.

2. If a customer is unsatisfied with the products, they must return them within 14 days of the purchase. Viktory Apparel will refund the full amount without any questions.

3. The products must be returned within 14 days under the following conditions:

a. The condition of the purchase must be the same as it was at the time of purchase;

b. It must contain all tags;

c. It must not be damaged;

d. The customer must bring the purchase receipt.

4. After fourteen days of the purchase or not fulfilling any of the conditions provided in Clause three Viktory Apparel shall not accept any return, and no money will be refunded.

Discounted Bulk Orders

Custom discounted bulk orders are not returnable or refundable. All bulk sales are final.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. You should send the goods to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.

Gifts:

If the goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the goods weren't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give it to you later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.
